PROMOTION RULES

1. This Promotion Regulation defines the scope, terms of use, rules, and complaint procedure, as well as the obligations of the Organizer and the rights granted to individuals participating in the Promotion.
2. The promotion will be conducted under the name 'BUY ATM PRODUCTS AND GO TO EURO2024' (hereinafter referred to as: 'Promotion').
3. The organizer of the Promotion is MET-GAL Limited Liability Company located in Rzeszotary at Galicyjska Street 9, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for Kraków - Śródmieście in Kraków, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000648861 with a share capital of 200,000 PLN, tax identification number NIP: 9442253240, statistical number REGON: 365939906 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Organizer').
4. Participants of the promotion can be entrepreneurs (individuals conducting business activities, legal persons, organizational units without legal personality conducting business activities, to which the law grants legal capacity), meeting the conditions of the Promotion specified in these Regulations, (hereinafter referred to as: 'Participant' or 'Participants').
5. The promotion will be available at authorized sales points listed on the website www.atm.info.pl under the WHERE TO BUY tab (hereinafter referred to as: "Sales Points").
6. Participation in the Promotion implies familiarity with and acceptance of these Regulations.
7. The goal of the Promotion is to promote products from the ATM Furniture Accessories range and to encourage customers to purchase them.

1. The promotion starts on May 6, 2024, and lasts until June 28, 2024.
2. As of the day the promotion begins, the provisions of these Regulations come into effect.

1. A participant who, during the Promotion period specified in §2 above, purchases products from the ATM Furniture Accessories offer at the Sales Point available on the website www.atm.info.pl in the WHERE TO BUY tab
2. The prize in the Promotion is:
1. Departure for EUR02024
2. RedBull RACING Scooter 8.5
3. Garmin Forerunner 55 42mm GPS Black Smartwatch

further referred to as: "Award").

1. A participant may take part in the Promotion once.
2. Only individuals who present a proof of purchase and send it to the address euro2024@atm.info.pl by the deadline of June 29, 2024, along with providing additional contact information such as:
1. First and Last Name or Company
2. Residential address or registered office address
3. Email adress
4. Contact phone number
3. For every 1 PLN (in EURO currency 0,2345) net spent on purchasing ATM Furniture Accessories products at Sales Points, as evidenced by the purchase receipt submitted by the User in accordance with the conditions specified above, the Participant will receive 1 point participating in the Promotion.
4. The participant with the highest number of points will receive prize (A), the second place will be awarded prize (B), and the third place will receive prize (C) as indicated in §3.pkt2.
5. The promotion applies exclusively to the purchase of ATM brand products available at authorized Sales Points.
6. The promotion does not combine with other promotional campaigns, discounts, coupons, and other special offers conducted by the Organizer.

7. The Promotion will be concluded on July 2, 2024. The list of the top three Participants who have scored the highest number of points will be awarded prizes from the EURO2024 promotion. After selecting the winners, we will contact them via the email address from which we received the application in order to deliver the prize.

8. The prize will be delivered/issued within 7 days of the contest conclusion, through the points of sale where the purchases were made.

9. The rights and obligations associated with participation in the Promotion, including the right to claim the Prize, cannot be transferred to other persons.

10. Products covered by the promotion are not returnable.

1. Complaints can be submitted in writing via mail or directly at the Organizer's Office at the address indicated in §1 sec. 3 of the Regulations within 14 days from the end of the Promotion. The proper submission of a complaint is determined by the postal stamp or confirmation of its submission at the Organizer's office.
2. Each complaint should include the following participant's data:
1. first and last name or company, residential address or registered office address, email address, and contact telephone number
2. reason for the complaint and the content of the claim request
3. Complaints are considered by the Organizer. Only complaints submitted in written form, containing the information specified in the point above, are subject to consideration;
4. The complaint procedure lasts 14 (fourteen working days). Notification of the complaint result will be sent by mail (registered letter) to the address indicated in the complaint. Compliance with the fourteen-day period is determined by the date the shipment is sent by the Organizer (date of the postal stamp);
5. The complaint procedure is voluntary, and exhausting the complaint procedure is not necessary before pursuing claims through legal proceedings.
